The opportunity to follow your own compass. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are currently looking for a bQuality Control Specialist /b to join our Quality team at our HQ in Ravarino (MO). /p pIn this field-based role, you will ensure that garments meet Stone Island’s quality standards across all production phases, working closely with external manufacturers and internal teams. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and production processes. Frequent travel to supplier sites, both in Italy and abroad, will be required. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pbThe Day-To-Day /b /p ul liPerform on-site quality inspections at external manufacturers on finished and semi-finished garments. /li liEvaluate compliance with technical standards, fitting, and construction requirements, identifying issues and supporting their resolution. /li liEnsure correct interpretation and application of technical sheets and quality guidelines, coordinating directly with suppliers. /li liMonitor production progress and collaborate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and corrective actions. /li liPrepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation to support quality tracking and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbKey Qualifications /b /p ul liAt least 5 years of experience in quality control or technical roles within the apparel industry, preferably on finished garments. /li liStrong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and industrial production processes. /li liProven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve product and production issues. /li liGood command of English for supplier communication and reporting. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports and conduct structured analysis, and familiarity with digital documentation tools. /li liAvailability for frequent travel across Italy and internationally. /li /ul pbOur Shared Values /b /p pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
