Front Desk Customer Service Representative
In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by handling their registrations, check-outs, and foreign exchange needs. You will also be responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in response to guest inquiries and requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Protect and promote the brand image to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
- Collect and act on guest preferences to ensure personalized services.
- Handle all interactions with guests professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Operate the Front Office efficiently, maintaining knowledge of operational systems and standard operating policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and initiate immediate resolutions.
- Possess complete knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure daily duties are conducted to the highest standards.
- Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office environment in an international luxury hotel setting.
- College education or Hotel Management education is preferred.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian is highly desirable.
- Computer knowledge, ability to work on shifts, flexibility, enthusiasm, and desire to achieve goals committed.
