QuickTurn Engine Center Europe, a leader in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for an Experienced Aircraft Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks on modules and components of CFM56-5/-7 engines, including inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting.
- Run regular maintenance tests and checks to ensure components operate at full capacity and that the engine is safe to operate.
- Install replacement parts in CFM56-5/-7 engines that are faulty or damaged.
- Create inventories of supplies, materials, and tools; maintain logs of materials and equipment used for replenishment of future tasks.
- Maintain repair logs, reports, and documentation of what has been fixed or replaced.
Qualifications
- Must have basic mechanical skills.
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
- Pass pre-employment criteria.
- Airframe and/or Powerplant certification is preferred.
- ±1 year of experience in engine maintenance; previous engine maintenance experience in the aerospace field on turbine engines is preferred. xlwpduy
