Role OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution — making sure the work actually ships.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across channels
* Manage marketing calendar, project trackers, and vendor logistics
* Support content production, including briefs, reviews, and publishing
* Help plan and run virtual and in-person events
* Maintain CRM, marketing automation, and asset library hygiene
* Pull weekly reports on campaign performance and surface insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Trello)
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Bias for action and willingness to own the unglamorous details
