It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. /p h3About the role /h3 pThe successful candidate will report to the HR Site Lead and will be responsible for delivering high quality HR solutions across a range of HR activities in order to enable line managers and employees to deliver the business strategy. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liCoach and support line leaders in the delivery of key HR activities, in alignment with the HR operating model. /li liRespond to complex, escalated queries from line leaders around HR policies, processes and ways of working. /li liDeliver cultural change projects, site changes, and workforce restructuring in line with the HR and business agenda, as defined by the HRBL. /li liIntegrate a coaching approach into interactions with business leaders. /li liAct as a key delivery channel at site level for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs, HRBLs and Global HR Ops, to deliver service excellence to the business. /li liDrive standardization and continuous improvement of HR Services, in alignment with the HR service delivery model and standard metrics, in order to increase HR’s effectiveness and enhance the customer experience. /li liResolve ER/IR issues and implement strategies to reduce such matters and enhance performance Coach and build line manager capability to create a positive employee environment. /li liUnderstand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks. /li liDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business. Use Workday and other HR systems to identify data and insights that support business strategy. /li liPromote global learning, leadership and coaching development opportunities with business leaders and HR. /li liUse standard Haleon tools and methodologies to produce and use data in a responsible way to identify patterns, trends and issues and to measure the impact of HR strategies. When consulting with leaders, use data to provide insight and support best decision making for successful business outcomes. /li liUnderstand clear operating principles, structures and accountabilities and apply to HR activity so as to ensure HR risks are mitigated, company reputation is protected and related fiduciary, legal and policy duties are carried out. /li liEffective application of HR information, including knowledge management systems, to support best decision making for successful business outcomes. /li /ul h3Qualifications and skills /h3 pWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: /p ul liMaster’s Degree. /li liExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English. /li liDepth of experience in one field of HR, e.g. ER, IR, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR systems and processes, organizational development/design or change management. /li liExperience of participating and influencing HR teams in order to raise standards within the function and improve the collective profile of HR within the business. /li liExperience delivering HR solutions within demanding operational contexts. i.e. talent and workforce planning, resourcing, performance management, change management, consultation and reward issues, mergers and acquisitions across a range of functions and job types. /li liExperience of working in an integrated way with the businesses’ agendas. Able to show insight and good judgement to deliver sound decisions and solutions that add value. /li liA good track record of translating business objectives into HR solutions through appropriately setting direction, objectives, targets and metrics.
