ResponsibilitiesLead the QA strategy and execution across multiple banking applications including core banking, mobile banking, internet banking, and payment and regulatory systemsManage Functional, Integration, Accessibility, Compatibility, Regression testing activities at program/tribe levelCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure test coverage of business-critical and regulatory scenariosOversee test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworksEnsure traceability of test cases to business and regulatory requirements and for audit, Sox, Risk controlsManage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issuesPrepare and present test metrics, risk assessments, and quality reports to senior stakeholdersCoordinate with external vendors and third-party systems for end-to-end testingEnsure testing processes comply with internal audit and external regulatory standardsDevelop a team of internal and external test engineersQualificationsDegree in STEM or higher8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in a test manager roleISTQB Advanced Test Manager Level certification or equivalentPreferred SkillsExperience with test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps Test Plan)Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with testing APIs, microservices, cloud-based banking platformsKnowledge of business and operational processes of the bankManage teams and peopleBuild relationships and care network managementWorking conditionsFull TimeDurationPermanentAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
