Work Schedule Rotational days/weekends Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) Location/Division Specific Information The position is based in Ferentino, Province of Frosinone, Italy, within our advanced manufacturing division. A day in the Life: Execute Visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices. Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
Keys to Success: Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives. Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.
Education High school diploma required.
Experience Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing role.
Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 25 kg. Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
