Role:
* Providing in-person support to end users at Tech Bar locations, including triage, diagnosis, and resolution of Workplace issues, and loaning equipment when required.
* Supporting DC and application architecture at a basic level, including hard reboots of onsite equipment.
* Planning, implementing, and monitoring networks for computers and printers/scanners.
* Troubleshooting basic network issues and assisting with the administration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
* Configuring routers and switches and integrating hardware components within operating systems and networks.
* Supporting backup, tape, and Exchange infrastructure operations.
* Working with intercompany teams on medium-complexity projects.
* Running workshops and gathering information for reporting and documentation.
* Preparing technical documentation and reporting on assigned tasks.
Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of conversion into a permanent)
Location: Milano (Romolo - fully onsite)
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician
* Working technical knowledge to handle service for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals, and site security equipment.
* Troubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Ability to plan, implement, and monitor computer and printer/scanner networks (e.g., file server)
* Ability to configure routers and switches.
* Familiar with ticketing system
* Good English and Italian language
