Ph3Overview /h3pThis team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. It serves Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies Robotics teams by enabling automation, including real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution is supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy. /ppAn Associate in this role watches videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, understands them thoroughly, and uses human judgment in combination with tools to indicate the activity captured in the video. They verify or mark the location of products through a tool while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This process helps maintain the fulfillment center\'s stow quality. This is an operational role. Under supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image audits with high accuracy and speed to aid defect reduction. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliWatch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses focused on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and right/acceptable practices. /liliMaintain breaks at predefined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours per day are spent answering videos. /liliFor home-based roles, maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, sufficient lighting) and prevent access to workspace/work-related data by unauthorized individuals. /li /ulh3Candidate expectations /h3ulliWillingness to work in a non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months. /liliAbility to audit image/video/text-based jobs. /liliAbility to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos and provide correct responses; requires high attention and focus on screen. /liliWillingness to work toward incremental targets/goals on quality and productivity. /liliFast pace of work with consistent performance. /liliAbility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), with remote teams, and to be a strong team player. /liliReadiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home). /liliWillingness to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings. /li /ulh3A day in the life /h3pAssociates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. Shifts are 9 hours and may include pre-scheduled breaks. Shift timings may change every 3–4 months or as required by the business. Night shift allowances apply as per Amazon\'s work policy when applicable. /ppWeekly offs are rotational: two consecutive days off (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday) or per business discretion. /ph3About the team /h3pThe Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities to enable hands-free active stowing through visual audits of videos/images. Videos (typically 15–20 seconds) are reviewed by associates to identify products stored at fulfillment centers. Thorough reviews and audits support the effectiveness of automated processes and help maintain stow quality.
