Job Description:
For our Moncler Worldwide Finance & Control Dept. we are looking for a Finance Transformation Coordinator to join the Team based at our HQ in Milan.
You impact
In a context of deep finance transformation, the Finance Transformation Manager will drive strategic innovation projects with a global scope, aligned with Group process & guidelines.
The person will act across the finance organization (accounting, controlling, treasury) with the mission to create value by improving the digitalization and efficiency of processes.
Activities:
* Collaborate with Technology Services to oversee vendor relations for finance-related contracts
* Support and contribute to the evolution of the finance transformation roadmap
* Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, from analysis to implementation
* Manage and design finance processes, and implement new finance transformation projects
Who We Are Looking For
Main qualifications:
* Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management / Administration
* At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies or consulting firms
* Deep knowledge of finance process (P2P, O2C; R2R, Closing, Consolidation)
* Strong knowledge of SAP
* Experience in finance reporting and EPM system
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
