As a business analyst for PCP Information Systems (IS), you will be the primary responsible for supporting the business for PCP productization and go‑to‑market processes.

Working primarily with PTC Windchill Product Management Lifecycle (PLM) technologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Visio, Power Platform, Power BI, Jira and other Office 365 tools, you will support and improve the productization processes across the organization.
Location: hybrid work model in the stated locations only.
Responsibilities
Business analyst and primary point of contact for productization processes in PTC Windchill PLM technologies and integrated applications.
Work with Application Managers for applications supporting productization processes.
Guide and support IS project teams, IS Application Managers, and Application Process Managers on improvement of the PCP Windchill solution for all relevant functions and mandatory security & compliance assessments.
Consult other teams to enhance the overall solution architecture for PLM linked processes at the PCP and Automation Business Area level.
Lead small projects / enhancements to improve PLM linked processes.
Communicate status and health of existing or new processes / projects to management.
Assist in Request for Proposal / Information (RFP/ RFI) – refer to running different bids from external/internal vendors for upcoming projects or solutions.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of R&D business processes related to product lifecycle management and go‑to‑market solutions.
Knowledge of PTC Windchill / Navigate technologies (or similar) and business connections between applications (e.g., API, Biz Talk).
Ability to actively drive roadmaps, related projects and maintenance tasks.
Experience managing virtual teams, driving projects, and understanding demands of large, globally distributed IS and R&D teams.
Fluency in written and spoken English. xjrgpwk
Willingness to learn, defining and driving IT projects for R&D and gaining experience leading IT platforms (e.g., PLM‑Windchill, ALM‑Azure DevOps, CAD).
