In 2023 Electrolux Group had sales of SEK 134 billion and employed 45,000 people worldwide.About the RoleAs a Specialist, People Data & Payroll Admin you will be a member of the People Data & Payroll Administration Team in Italy within the Global People Services & Solutions community that provides administrative and payroll support for all the Electrolux locations around the globe.The aim of this role is to support Electrolux employees, based in 7 sites (Assago, Cerreto d'Esi, Forlì, Porcia, Pordenone, Solaro, Susegana), with all HR related topics. People processes and the People Data Platform (Workday) will be part of your daily tools and will allow you to keep track of all the sensitive information as well as data quality.Working together with your local and remote team, you will ensure we take care of our employees and that we turn employee life‐cycle issues into solutions effectively and clearly.You will report to the Team Leader, People Data & Payroll Admin.This is a temporary position with an initial duration of six months, subject to extension depending on organizational requirements.Responsibilities
Maintain employee data in the People Data Platform (Workday)Support People Leaders with requests in the People Data Platform (Workday)Create employment contracts and other People (HR) documentsSupport the team in a variety of activities connected with employee life‐cycleSecure high quality of employee data and its maintenance in all systemsAct as a first point of contact, answering People (HR) related queries & clarifying policies/proceduresUse ServiceNow as ticketing tool to manage incoming queriesDirect queries to an appropriate specialist or team while maintaining ownership of the casesDeliver People (HR) information and transactions in an accurate and timely mannerAlways keep a high focus on customer service and build good relations with stakeholdersWork closely with payroll for completion of the Personnel Administration actionsEngage in improvement initiatives & People (HR) projects and their implementation as requested
Qualifications
Fluent in English and ItalianStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work with confidential informationExcellent customer service skillsGood knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word & MS Excel)Previous experience in an HR/payroll department will be an assetKnowledge of Italian labour legislation / metal mechanical industry national agreement is a plusExperience in People (HR)/payroll systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, XPERS) would be an asset
