Lead new and complex end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to implementation, go-live, and post-go-live supportManage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomesCoordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, external consultants, and vendorsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions in collaboration with key stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior managementIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and successSupport change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in managing SAP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or other modules)Strong understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAPProven track record in project management, ideally with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUMExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English, German and/or Italian are a plus
