Legal Specialist – Greenvolt Power Group (Italy)
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring full legal compliance and corporate governance across the Greenvolt Power Group companies in Italy. This includes managing corporate and commercial legal matters related to the development of renewable‑energy projects, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities
* Corporate matters: Drafting minutes of general assemblies of the management board and shareholders, decisions, and resolutions of the company's bodies; maintaining the book of minutes of the management board; keeping public registers up to date, including the court registry and the ultimate beneficial owners' registry; supervising and coordinating the day‑to‑day administration of all companies within the Greenvolt Power Group in Italy; managing correspondence to and from the companies; providing any additional legal assistance to the companies.
* Commercial matters: Providing legal opinions and preparing commercial contracts for all the Greenvolt Power Group companies in Italy related to the development of renewable‑energy projects (wind, solar, BEES); contacting public administration when required; coordinating all legal due diligence processes carried out by the companies; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real‑estate contracts and deeds, commercial contracts, and M&A agreements; providing legal advice on Italian civil, commercial, and administrative law; preparing legal communications, reports, and presentations; maintaining relationships with notaries and third parties; keeping the legal agenda up to date and monitoring deadlines; developing and applying systems to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and statutory requirements, and implementing the Group's internal procedures, policies, and practices.
Requirements
* Master's degree in law with a finalized lawyer/ legal adviser apprenticeship.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or as in‑house counsel focusing on contract law, civil law, and commercial law.
* Strong knowledge of corporate and transactional law, energy and administrative law regulations, and the renewable‑energy sector.
* Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents and interpreting legislation into practical application.
* Procurement knowledge on EPC, BOP, BOS, TSA, PV supply contracts, and related ancillary agreements.
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages.
* Good interpersonal, communication, public speaking and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to travel if needed; good time‑management and multitasking skills.
* Natural leader with sound judgment and attention to detail.
