Talent Aquisition Intern
Short Description
The intern will join our Human Resources team, supporting recruitment and HR development activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Posting job advertisements on major recruiting platforms
* Screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews
* Supporting communication with department managers to understand hiring needs
* Managing and organizing HR documentation and records
* Supporting HR projects, particularly in training and talent development initiatives
Requirements
* Strong interest in Human Resources
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Humanities, or related field (ongoing or completed)
Additional Qualifications
* Good command of English (from good to advanced)
* Previous experience in HR (even brief) is considered a plus
