HR Admin & Payroll Europe Categoria: RetailLuogo di lavoro: MilanoThis role oversees all HR administrative processes for the international retail population, covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. It includes payroll coordination with local external providers, compliance oversight, and serving as the primary HR contact for administrative support and documentation. Full responsibility for the administration of retail employees across the assigned european countries, covering a population of approximately 100 employee; Manages the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to contract termination, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all employment-related administrative processes; Coordinates all payroll-related activities, including data collection, review and approval of payroll cycles, and uploading of salaries and social contributions to the bank platform. Payroll is outsourced and managed in collaboration with local external providers; Acts as the main point of contact for local payroll, legal, and benefits providers in each assigned country; Serves as the administrative front-office contact for employees, providing support on HR documentation and operational processes; Ensures proper documentation and maintenance of employee records and administrative files. Requisiti: Education & Experience University degree; Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within a retail environment. Key Competencies Fluent spoken and written English; Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus; Solid understanding of labor regulations and employment law; Familiarity with HR administrative and operational processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Experience with HR management systems and administrative platforms.
