Per una delle nostre più importanti aziende clienti, leader internazionale nel settore Oil & Gas, siamo alla ricerca di Commissioning Leads da inserire su un progetto strategico di lunga durata.
Key Responsibilities
* Review contractual documentation.
* Ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, and operation requirements are properly accounted for in engineering documents.
* Participate in project planning and scheduling; prepare and update pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation execution plans, including mobilization of personnel.
* Supervise the preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, training, operation, and handover procedures/manuals.
* Review test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals.
* Review and/or define Licensors/Vendors schedules and assignments for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and operation activities.
* Assist Purchasing and Subcontracting Department in defining subcontractors’ scope of work.
* Supervise preparation of the integrated commissioning schedule; define temporary logistic requirements to comply with project scope.
* Participate in project review meetings ensuring compliance with commissioning and operation requirements.
* Support the HSE Manager in relevant aspects and in preparing the general HSE Plan.
* Verify preparation of HSE Plans for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, and operation.
* Participate in HAZOP review meetings where necessary.
* Prepare and check Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluations.
* Review 3D Model for compliance with commissioning and operation requirements, accessibility, and operability.
* Define commissioning systems and handover priorities.
* Define and review commissioning spare parts and consumables.
* Verify KPIs during home office activities.
* Ensure compliance with national and international regulations (IMO, SOLAS, ISPS code, MARPOL, Classification societies) during operation.
