We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our HR Team as HR BUSINESS PARTNER, offering a fixed-term contract and the opportunity to contribute to exciting HR projects. - In collaboration with the Group Chief People Officer, gathers functional needs for the preparation of HR-related budgets (People Plan, Salary Review, Training); - Organizes induction plans for new hires, coordinating with managers to ensure effectiveness; - Drafts and updates job descriptions to reflect organizational needs, roles, and competencies; - Updates organizational charts monthly and communicates changes (new hires, exits, role changes) to employees; - Supports the Group Chief People Officer in implementing organizational development decisions including internal mobility/job rotation as a growth tool while balancing business needs and employee expectations; - Establishes effective relationships with business leaders to support resource management and problem-solving; supports the Group Chief People Officer in handling employee relations issues; - Supports the performance management process: goal-setting, compensation interventions, year-end evaluations, and skills assessment; - Cooperates with HR Admin to assure admin processes are performed correctly and specifically monitors deadlines (probation, fixed-term contracts, etc.) and updates reports to track progress; - Defines and updates HR policies (e.g., car policy, travel policy), ensuring compliance with laws, CCNL, and internal guidelines; - In collaboration with the Group Chief People Officer, plans and delivers training programs aligned with company needs and legal requirements. Hard Skills: - Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; - 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within structured and international organizations; - Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding; - Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, employment contracts, and collective agreements (CCNL); - Expertise in drafting and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions; - Advanced skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring to support decision-making; - Proficiency in HRIS and digital collaboration platforms; - Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and communication. - Ability to manage organizational charts and internal communications effectively. Language Skills: - Good command of Italian, English and Spanish, both written and spoken is mandatory; - Good command of French is a plus.
