Grow your career while balancing work and life with Vodafone. /ph3bWhat you’ll do /b /h3ulliPartner with senior leaders to define and evolve the transformation vision and strategic roadmap, aligned with enterprise goals. /liliTranslate strategic objectives into prioritized, actionable program plans that deliver measurable business outcomes. /liliBuild strong relationships across business units, technology, HR, finance, and external partners through structured communication, engagement frameworks, and change management practices. /liliLead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact transformation programs with strong governance (risk, issue, change management, milestone tracking, dependency management). /liliEnsure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business value realization goals. /liliOwn and execute the communications plan for the transformation function, including leadership updates and change narratives. /liliManage operational governance, including leadership meetings, decision forums, reviews, and executive reporting. /liliAct as a cultural ambassador, working with HR and leaders to embed new ways of working aligned with our Operating Model and Vodafone Spirit. /li /ulh3bWho you are /b /h3ulliEffective in managing time, quality, and change—meeting requests, driving changes, and collaborating while maintaining quality in dynamic environments. /liliSkilled in governance simplification and compliance. /liliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. /liliUnderstanding of network technologies, infrastructure, and topologies is a plus. /liliExperience in telecom, technology, or complex matrix environments. /liliFluent in English, both written and verbal. /li /ulh3bNot a perfect fit? /b /h3pIf you don’t meet all criteria, don’t worry.
