Our client specializes in renewable energy and, in particular, in the research, development and prototyping of new green batteries and long-duration energy storage systems.\nThe Role Design hydraulic system architecture: pump sizing/selection, manifolds, flow distribution, pressure management, filtration, venting/degassing concepts.\nDevelop piping layouts and define standards for routing, supports, accessibility, and service ability within a container.\nDefine instrumentation strategy: pressure/flow/temperature sensing, control valves, safety relief devices, and interlocks.\nBuild hydraulic loss models (Δp), NPSH/cavitation risk checks, transient behavior considerations.\nRun and interpret CFD and/or hydraulic network simulations to optimize flow uniformity and efficiency.\nWrite component specifications and acceptance criteria; support supplier technical alignment.\nSupport commissioning and troubleshooting on pilot systems and containers.\nDraft procedures, reports, and technical documentation in general. Job Requirements Experience in engineering development of pressurized liquid systems (PhD years can be counted as experience if relevant).\nStrong capability in hydraulic design, piping engineering, and system integration.\nExperience translating requirements into component sizing and technical specifications.\nAbility to work hands-on with prototypes and field troubleshooting.
