Who you are
* You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in management consulting or a fast-growing startup.
* You are organized, can prioritize effectively, and make quick decisions based on your analytical mindset.
* You enjoy working in a matrix environment, collaborating with marketing, sales, product management, and tech teams.
* You can transition from strategy to execution seamlessly and are willing to get hands-on.
* You are fluent in Spanish and English.
What you will do
* Assist the Brand Manager in all business management and growth activities.
* Understand market trends and customer needs to inform actions.
* Create omnichannel brand campaigns and monitor KPIs.
* Analyze and optimize business metrics, including conversions and AOV.
* Contribute to developing tactical and strategic roadmaps for scaling the business.
* Collaborate with central teams to leverage their expertise.
