Your main responsibilities:Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to HQ in compliance with IFRS standards, including PL, Balance Sheet, and Forecasts.Conduct business performance analysis, preparing reports and presentations for Management (e.g. ppt of the BU, PL variances, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives, sales trends).Lead the annual budgeting process, support the preparation of the Business Plan, and manage periodic forecast updates.Design, implement, and monitor the Financial Internal Control System, with clear KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.Drive improvements in Industrial Accounting, ensuring more accurate and timely data.Support transfer pricing activities in compliance with international regulations and internal policies.Coordinate cross-functional projects, including strategic initiatives like Industry 5.0 and GDPR compliance.Support external auditors, especially during the year-end closing phase. What we are looking for:Bachelor#39;s degree in economicsPrevious experience in audit, preferably in a Big Four firm, is highly valued.Experience in a similar role is a plus (2+ years preferred), especially in the industrial or manufacturing sector.Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SME.UP).Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
