Role Summary & ImpactWPP Media is looking for an experienced Senior Search & Social Specialist to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of Paid Search and Paid Social activities within broader media strategies.Key Responsibilities
Independently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.Manage high-budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top-tier performance and ROI.Lead pre- and post-campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, and TikTok.Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
