The Role Currently, we are offering a paid internship within our Human Resources Department, in our office in Desio, Italy. The intern will be assisting the HR Team in their daily activities, such as: - Collaborating with the Training & Development Assistant to the organization and management of internal training courses and induction plans of newly hired employees - Supporting in the process of updating and archiving job descriptions and other HR documents, as well as updating OPIS internal systems - Supporting the HR Management Specialist with the update of the company's organization chart - Other tasks as assigned This is for 6 months and can be extended.
