Within the Climate research and Partnerships unit, we are looking for a Climate Project Coordinator.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Contribute framing of Climate mitigation and adaptation topics, including updates on market trends and peer-benchmarking analysesContributing to the assessment of risks/opportunities and impacts for Generali's insurance business related to ClimateCollaborate with Climate Hub units and other Group functions, ensuring content integration and coherent deliveryManage the operational implementation of climate-related partnerships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective governance, and coordination of workstreamsFacilitate day-to-day coordination with public and private partners, ensuring information flow, progress, and alignment across activitiesStructure tracking systems, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to monitor partnership effectiveness and initiative progressPrepare operational and strategic materials (briefings, presentations, concept notes, insight reports) to support internal and external meetingsRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:2–5 years of experience in consulting or project/program management in complex environments, preferably in climate-related sectorsStrong project management, organizational, and operational autonomy skillsExcellent analytical and synthesis capabilities, with strong content structuring skillsAdditional preferred qualifications:Knowledge of sustainability topics, climate resilience, and/or climate mitigation within an insurance contextExperience with public?private partnerships or multi-stakeholder programsSoft SkillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative mindset and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholdersCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
