Description Senior Solution Consultant South Europe Remote Italy Job Description ServiceChannel is the leading cloud-based service automation platform for facilities management. The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Given the accelerating pace of digitization and disruption in our target markets, this role is key to ServiceChannel's continued market growth. We work in conjunction with the field sales organization as both primary technical resources as well as trusted advisors on technology adoption and process transformation. On the client side, we work with business executives responsible for overall transformation, the managers/professionals responsible for adoption of our offering, and the IT team responsible for vetting and integrating our technology. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and current customers. We bring a consultant mindset to the role, advise buyers on business process transformation, and inspire trust and credibility. Manage the ‘ develop the solution ’ phase of sales campaigns. We partner with AEs and AMs to deliver a consultative, value-based sale. We develop and deliver customer-facing presentations including business cases, recommendations, rollout planning and demos. Build a shared vision with prospects. We are compelling storytellers who take pride in showing potential customers the art of the possible. This includes more conventional pieces such as custom demos but we are always looking for innovative, new ways to better tell our story, particularly with data. Partner with Top-Tiered Customers and plot out their growth maturity to build the best roadmap to success. Analyze and apply data. We understand how execs think - their value drivers, the KPIs they care about - and apply this understanding in sales cycles. As expert advisors, we analyze customer data to uncover insights and develop recommendations. This implies a robust understanding of Excel and ideally experience with BI tools, SQL and/or ROI frameworks. Get the technical win. We work with IT to secure their sign off and align on integration requirements. This includes a high level understanding of ERP integration, APIs and SSO. No scripting experience is required. However, development / integration experience is a plus. Collaborate cross functionally with other orgs, particularly Product, Product Marketing and Professional Services. Travel. We prioritize developing relationships with our customers. This means we are on the road up to 50% of our time, run events like customer onsites and workshops, and take the time to uncover and understand the needs of our buyers. Required Skills and Experience 5 years of Enterprise pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience. Proficient English, French, Italian mandatory Knowledge of APIs, Integrations (XML), and Flat File processes Knowledge of Facilities space Expert in Microsoft Excel Critical thinking with both collecting and interpreting data to strategize an outcome Experience at a well-regarded Enterprise software provider Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions Permissions to travel between UK and EU countries Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with multi-site Operations/Facility Management. Alternatively, experience in related fields such as Maintenance, Construction, Store Operations or Commercial Real Estate. Experience with ServiceChannel or similar offerings Why Work for Us?
