Responsibilities BI Business Analysis & Requirements Translation You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, capturing processes, KPIs, and operational dynamics. You will translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements, supporting initiatives across Genoa, Barcelona, and São Paulo and contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Global Customer Center. Reporting, Insights & Data Governance You will develop ad‑hoc analysis and reports to support pilot initiatives and guide their evolution. You will ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with governance principles. Self‑Service BI Enablement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration You will promote and enable self‑service BI capabilities, fostering autonomy, data literacy, and adoption of BI tools across the Customer Center. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Analytics teams, communicating data scenarios and operating with agility in a fast‑paced, commercial environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics & business analysis roles. Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (reporting, dashboard design, data modelling). Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and to translate data into actionable insights. Fluency in English.
