Experteer Overview As Controller, you will implement and manage the information system that supports decision‐making and process control. You will help ensure efficiency and value creation by consolidating data, budgets, forecasts, and reporting across the business. You'll work closely with top management to provide P&L, margins, inventory, cash flow, and sales analyses, enabling evidence‐based decisions. The role emphasizes sustainability, digital transformation, and cross‐functional collaboration in a corporate environment.

Monitor and reconcile cost and revenue centers for retail
Lead quarterly and annual budgeting processes
Collect data and report for forecasts and variance analysis
Support cost of delivery analysis
Contribute to reporting processes (P&L, Margin, Inventory, Cash Flow, sales analyses)
Promote learning and proactive, team‐oriented, digitally‐enabled improvements
Promote sustainable development practices within governance and operations
Advocate and develop the use of digital technologies in process management and stakeholder interactions
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
Good proficiency in English (B2 level)
Knowledge of SAP (a plus)
Familiarity with BI tools for data visualization and analysis (a plus)
Strong aptitude for teamworking
