Description: BCIC Swiss Gmb H | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Italy.
ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-level support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV-related issues when required.
Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records for all reported incidents.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and authorized Cisco Jabber applications.
Possess basic knowledge of mac OS to support Apple PC users.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.RequirementsMust hold a valid work permit in Italy.
Proficiency in English & Italian language is mandatory.
Several years of experience in a similar role are required.
