You will report directly to our Global Controller, who will guide your growth and learning journey. /ppbA day in the life of an Accounts Payable Clerk /b /pulliMaintain accuracy of A/P ledgers and reconcile accounts /liliManage vendor data, validate new accounts, and maintain audit records of changes and approvals /liliProcess supplier invoices accurately and timely, including data entry and file organization /liliPrepare supplier payments according to schedule and obtain necessary approvals /liliMonitor withheld payments and release them upon approval /liliAssist with month-end processes like prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations /liliResolve questions/issues and escalate when necessary /liliEnsure compliance with procedures and maintain records /li /ulpbQualifications and skills /b /pulliStrong educational background in Accounting or Finance /liliProficiency in spreadsheets, including pivots and lookups /liliAttention to detail, organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines /liliExcellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders /liliPassion for Finance and career growth ambitions /liliExperience with enterprise-level accounting systems /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /ppCompensation depends on location, experience, and skills.
