Process EngineerSappi’s Process and Quality Management Team in the Paper Mill of Condino is focusing on process improvement in terms of quality, cost and productivity. It interacts with production, product development and customers' technical stakeholders.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITYAs a Process Engineer, reporting to the Manager Process and Quality, you will provide key technical support to the specialty paper production by ensuring the continuous improvement of the production process with regards to quality, cost and productivity.You will be responsible to:Assure and contribute to a safe work environment.Build a close collaboration between Innovation, Maintenance, Production and other Sappi production sites with regards to process optimization.Lead projects optimizing the productivity, quality and cost of the production.Ensure the data collection and definition of process parameters for key production processes.Support troubleshooting and quality improvements through data analysis and engineering solutions.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONFluency in English and Italian.Strong sense for a safe work environment.Analytical, systematic and practical approach to problem-solving.Good communication skills and ability to relate at different organizational levels.GOOD TO HAVE2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a process or production engineer.LOCATIONThis job is located in the Paper Mill of Condino (TN).TRAVELINGIt is expected to have some traveling (up to 10%) to the locations of the group (Germany, Austria, Belgium).ON-SITE FLEXIBLEThis position delivers main impact on-site; however, you have the possibility to occasionally work from home.WHAT WE OFFERAn excellent opportunity to work, learn grow with us.
