Italy is the single largest EU country by number of SMBs. Italian SMBs employ 75% of workforce and generate two thirds of the country GDP. We want to unlock Italian SMBs productivity. Old tooling, manual processes, sparse data cause an average 8 hours/week wasted by our entrepreneurs. It simply can’t keep being as it is. Sibill gives this time back to entrepreneurs by bringing invoicing, payments, treasury and accounting in a single, modern platform.

What we look for
We are looking for an HR Manager who’ll lead the first efforts in building Sibill HR function. This role will have ample responsibilities spanning from designing hiring processes to coordinate hiring efforts and much more.

What will you do
* You'll report to the CEO and collaborate with senior management to shape Sibill's HR strategy
* You'll help design the company's organizational structure and determine staffing needs and team sizes
* You'll design and implement performance evaluation processes and support business leaders in conducting performance reviews
* You'll review and optimize the company's welfare and benefits policies
* You'll develop our employer branding strategy and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
* You'll oversee all employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* You'll handle HR administrative responsibilities, including ensuring compliance with mandatory health and safety training and payroll
* You'll support business leaders in managing recruitment processes, screening candidates, and actively sourcing key hires
* RAL: 40-60k - this is a starting point, we’ll conduct a first review after the first 6 months
* Health insurance (AON)
* Remote first, office presence will be required in specific occasions
* Welfare budget to spend on a dedicated corporate benefit platform

* 60 minutes “know-each-other” session with Mattia (Chief Executive Officer)
* 45 minutes with 2 Sibill managers
* 45 minutes with Dario (Chief Data Officer) and Lorenzo (Chief Product Officer)
