Role Overview
As part of the JD Team, you will acquire the necessary skills to ensure the best possible service for customers.
Responsibilities
* Assist the customer in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are achieved.
* Provide alternatives and sales using the digital channels the company offers, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.
* Assist in maintaining the sales standards.
* Verify the stock present in the sales plan, replacing it when necessary to guarantee that the entire range of sizes is present.
* Preferably brief experience in activities with public contact outside the Retail area.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and customer service management.
* Preferred previous experience in a retail sales role.
