Project Controller Junior - ApprenticeshipSiemens is looking for a Project Controller Junior who will be trained in a 2‐year apprenticeship in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area.The apprenticeship will provide comprehensive state‐of‐the‐art training to develop personal and professional skills, supported by a mentor to help you achieve your career steps.Your ChallengeAs Project Controller Junior you will support one or more project teams by implementing project management controls.Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring project accounting aligns with government accounting standards and company policies and procedures.Booking a broad range of business operations.Handling invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt, stock items control.Managing payment requests, workflows, revenue planning, claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenance.Updating and verifying project calculations, analysing accounting data and participating in handover meetings.Providing accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics through ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required.Preparing risk and opportunity assessments; developing and implementing mitigation plans.Supporting internal audits, including the implementation and control of internal risk controls and external audits.Collaborating with support teams such as Corporate Accounting, IT, Contracts, Supply Chain Management, and international stakeholders.Contributing to the company's digital initiatives.
Required Entry Qualifications
Under 29 and a fresh master's graduate in economics or management engineering.A 3‐month finance internship or international experience is a plus.Aspired to develop a finance career and grow.Strong interest in digitalisation.Knowledge of Office 365, Power BI and SAP is a plus.Team‐player with a customer‐centred mindset.Passion for continuous learning and growth.Respect for diverse perspectives and willingness to co‐create and share knowledge.Proficiency in English and Italian.Eligible to work in Italy.
