You will report directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line reporting to the CFO Europe. /ppbr/ppuYour Responsibilities: /u /ppbr/pulliSupport and execute the company’s expansion strategy in alignment with Döhler Group’s corporate objectives. /liliEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. /liliOversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local (and Global) accounting standards. /liliManage and monitor operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations. /liliLead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth. /liliDrive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP modules and other financial digital tools. /liliEnhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial and operational decision-making. /liliProactively manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations. /liliIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks. /li /ulpbr/ppuWhat do you bring with you: /u /ppbr/pulliMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /liliMinimum of five years’ experience in financial management roles. /liliStrong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. /liliExperience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis. /liliAdvance proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel. /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /liliGood communication skills in Italian and English are required. /li /ul
