We are looking for Sales Associates who are eager to represent the Michael Kors brand in a fast‑paced Jet Set environment. The role involves supporting the store team, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales. Work as part of a Jet Set Team, supporting colleagues across the store.
Ensure image and grooming standards align with our Jet Set policy. Collaborate with the management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and selling service. Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
Maintain floor presence and lead by example. Build and maintain communication with management teams to drive store performance. Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self accountable for results. Use product knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising customers with passion and confidence.
Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales. Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed following all guidelines. Leverage technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.
Excitement and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced retail environment. Technology proficiency with ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience.
Fluent
English preferred with strong communication skills.
