List of Daily Activities: Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boardsSearch for candidates on various job boardsCall candidates to assess their soft skillsOrganize interviews with selected candidatesManage candidate follow-up using our ATS toolsAdhere to ongoing ATS processesParticipate in ATS updatesEnsure continuous monitoring of active projectsMaintain relationships with hired consultantsRequired Profile Education: Minimum of 3 years of university education
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineers
Preferred previous experience: Energy / renewable resources industry
Work location: Milan – with the possibility of remote work
Languages: Fluent English is required
Software: Knowledge of "LinkedIn Recruiter" is preferred
