Our Customer Care department is growing, along with our customers, and we are looking for a motivated talent ready to start a training path as a Customer Care Sales Intern, supporting the team in managing and building relationships with our clients.
During the initial six-month internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pre- and post-sales support while deepening your knowledge of hardware and software solutions in the automotive industry.

Your role:
As a Customer Care Sales Intern, you will join our Customer Care Team and support the department in assisting international customers through helpdesk, chat, and phone.
Through daily collaboration and mentorship, you will develop skills in customer management, product consulting, and after-sales support.
What your day-to-day will look like
* Support the team in managing customer requests via helpdesk, chat, and phone
* Assist in product consulting and post-sales activities
* Help collect and analyze customer feedback
* Support the analysis of repair requests and testing of returned products
* Contribute to projects aimed at improving customer experience processes
* Your ideal profile
* Excellent knowledge of Ita and a good command of English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
* Interest in the automotive sector and mechatronic technologies
* Confidence with digital tools and good organizational abilities

* Previous experience, even brief, in customer care or sales
* Knowledge of French or Polish
* Passion for electronics or applied mechanics
