The Interfit Marketing Advisor will be responsible for the implementation of the global marketing and communication activities to support the Interfit business in collaboration with the Global Interfit Director.
The resource will collaborate with all Interfit key stakeholder (Regional/Country Sales & Service Managers, Marketing Managers, Operations Managers) to define and execute the marketing plan in each country.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Branding: Develop and prepare all materials to support Interfit countries for the execution of the brand strategy. Work closely with Interfit countries about branding activities on signages, trucks, uniforms, locations, ...
- Creation of Interfit focused contents: texts, images, videos, testimonials, SoMe messages
- Create global Interfit literature and support each market in creating local material
- Interfit website & SoMe management: contents, traffic analysis, translations, …. Collaborate with external IT partners to enhance the website
- Support the preparation of local events and exhibitions where Interfit will be present
- Support Interfit development activities (business planning, acquisitions, ….)
- Support the preparation and the monitoring of dedicated Interfit reporting
Job and Personal Requirements:
• BA / BS required: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications highly preferred
• Previous experience in Marketing / Communication (+5 years)
• Previous experience in multinational companies (B2B industries is a plus)
• Hands-on experience in managing the design and the creation of marketing material
• Experience of managing digital companies and creative agencies
• Excellent writing skills. Analytics and editing skills.
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to drive and manage complex projects
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Budget detailed management
• Attitude to live and work with multi country - multicultural teams
• Good command of Google Analytics / Google AdWords
• Good understanding of web and Social Media trends and dynamics
