Description
The retail coordinator is responsible for the tasks entrusted to him/her, demonstrating responsiveness, flexibility and precision.
The retail coordinator will be specifically trained to be the local point of reference for setting up and using the NSF audit tools. He/she will support his/her team in the optimal use of these tools, and will assist the Belgian auditors team with their daily requests.
Responsibilities
The quality of delivery is central and critical for this position. Every action is affecting the business: auditors efficiency and quality of delivery at one side, the client satisfaction and retention at the other side.
* Creating new audit templates
* Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
* Assist the Belgian auditors's from the office for admin requests
* Reviewing and sending out audit reports
* Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel
* Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)
* Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems
* Scheduling of audits
* Invoicing of clients
* Client reporting, internal KPI's follow up
* Provide admin support to the business and account manager for new opportunities, expansion, or client renewal
Qualifications
* Experience as administrative assistant or similar role
* Demonstratable experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems, PowerBI is a plus
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Perfect command in Italian, Fluent in English
* Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
* A clear and proactive communicator
* Have excellent report and presentation both verbal and written.
* Comfortable working in a multilingual work environment
* Able to travel occasionally if needed (EU)
* This position is Hybrid, based out of our Bologna/Brussels office
