We are looking for a CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST to join our Gastrointestinal business unit, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead GI for the South. Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to physicians and ward staff in the correct and safe use of our endoscopic instruments during patient demos. Organise and manage training for healthcare operators to ensure proper understanding and application of endoscopic instruments. Collect and analyse feedback and clinical data from HCPs to support issue resolution or improve device utilisation. Participate in medical congresses, medical expert training, and society training events with full management of exhibition spaces, event organization, and live endoscopy in team with sales force and Product Manager. Maintain communication with sales organisation (Area Sales Manager, Agency TM) for field activity planning and support bid preparation. Manage CRM to update dashboards and assigned KPIs for products and performance. Provide post‑sales support to customers, answering queries and resolving issues related to product use. Support marketing to carry out market analysis and comparison with competition. Manage demo instrumentation of the reference line and samples in compliance with Company policies. Provide support for testing activities and Service Dept on specific products/customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience of 1–2 years in a product specialist role. Good knowledge of the main Office applications (Excel, Word) and of primary IT and/or management systems. Strong technical knowledge of the relevant sector. Excellent communication, relational skills, motivation and tenacity to pursue set goals; great organisational ability, ability to work under pressure, and team orientation. Excellent English language knowledge.
