Mission & Responsibilities Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, the Junior National Key Account will be responsible for executing sales strategies in the Italian market, aligned with the company's vision to maximize growth and profitability. Main responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and operating profit targets. Managing relationships with key account retailers' field teams across Italy (Area Managers). Collaborating with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Digital to develop Guerlain Italy's strategy. Managing sell-out reports for sales force preparation and analysis using PowerBI and Orion. Leading product presentations and business reviews with retailers. Conducting monthly reporting and analysis of results versus targets, proposing actions when necessary. Profile Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beauty market (a plus). Strong communication and relational skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindset. Analytical skills and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Willingness to travel within Italy. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
