As the business scales rapidly, they're seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people-first initiatives, advise senior leadership, and manage a small HR team - a strategic role at the intersection of growth, innovation, and culture. /ppstrongOfferta /strong /pulliPartner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data to design and implement people strategies that support business goals. /liliManage and develop a team of 2-3 HR professionals focused on operations, people development, and employee engagement. /liliLead workforce planning, performance management cycles, and strategic org design. /liliAct as a coach and thought partner to leaders, helping them build stronger teams and scalable cultures. /liliDrive employee engagement initiatives and oversee critical touchpoints across the employee journey - onboarding, internal mobility, retention, exit. /liliWork with our global Centers of Excellence (LD, Comp Ben, Talent Acquisition) to localize and deliver high-impact programs. /liliUse data to challenge assumptions, make smart decisions, and measure what matters. /li /ulpstrongCompetenze ed esperienza /strong /pulli6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting tech or digital teams. /liliExperience managing or mentoring HR professionals - you develop others and lead by example. /liliStrong business acumen, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity. /liliCoaching mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. /liliExperience in fast-growing, matrixed organizations - scale-ups, multinationals, or digital natives. /liliFluency in Italian and English is a must. /liliA bias for action. A sense of ownership.
