Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Role and Location Role: Transcend: Manager, Business Site Readiness (Hybrid) — located in Titusville, New Jersey. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs such as Malvern or Spring House, Pennsylvania; Raritan, New Jersey; Beerse, Belgium; Leiden, Netherlands; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; or Zug or Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Responsibilities Develop and implement the site readiness strategy for the Transcend business, ensuring all aspects of site readiness are achieved with exceptional quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust site readiness plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Support a team of site readiness specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful implementation of site readiness activities. Monitor and assess the progress of site readiness initiatives, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and successful completion. Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders to keep them regularly informed about progress, addressing concerns or issues promptly when necessary. Qualifications Education Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's/University degree is desirable, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience and Skills Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated project management experience Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing site readiness strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience leading/managing/developing people and/or cross-functional teams (direct or indirect reports) Preferred Supply Chain functional experience (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and/or Finance) Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to site readiness Six Sigma or Lean certification Other Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally May require up to 50% domestic and international travel Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week J-18808-Ljbffr
