We're hiring: Associate – Venture Transactions & Deal Coordination
6–12 month internship with growth path – Milan
BE-COME is a professional services firm operating at the intersection of venture capital, startups, and impact investing.
We work inside real transactions—structuring, coordinating, and closing deals where execution discipline matters more than presentation.
We are now looking for an Associate who understands that transactions succeed or fail based on coordination, timing, and accountability—and who wants to build the operational judgment required to manage complex deal processes end to end.
This role sits one step closer to the transaction.
You will not lead negotiations, but you will learn how deals actually move—from first draft to signed closing documents—and how to keep multiple stakeholders aligned under time pressure.
About the role
This is a coordination and execution role inside live transactions.
You will work alongside senior team members to support deal execution, maintain control over timelines and deliverables, and ensure that critical steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
You will gradually move from supporting tasks to managing defined workstreams with increasing ownership.

What you'll do
Transaction Coordination (primary focus)
Support the execution of venture and private market transactions from initiation through closing
Maintain transaction timelines, action lists, and responsibility tracking across stakeholders
Monitor critical deadlines and escalate risks proactively
Prepare and update deal status reports for internal teams and clients
Coordinate document flows between investors, founders, lawyers, and advisors
Support closing readiness and post-closing follow-up activities
Legal & Operational Execution (supporting role)
Assist in reviewing transaction documentation (SHA, SPA, SAFE, bylaws, powers of attorney)
Support due diligence processes and document organization
Draft and revise minutes of Board meetings and Shareholders' meetings, starting from templates and standard structures
Assist in reviewing standard commercial contracts and legal agreements
Prepare structured summaries of transaction progress and outstanding actions
Maintain organized transaction files and closing documentation
Support signature workflows and document execution processes
Project & Workflow Management
Track milestones across multiple concurrent transactions
Identify bottlenecks or delays and flag them early
Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Help standardize transaction processes and workflows
Contribute to improving operational reliability across deals
What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in:
* corporate law
* venture capital or M&A
* project coordination
* legal operations
* transaction support
Core capabilities :
Strong execution discipline—you finish what you start
Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing control
Attention to detail and timeline awareness
Structured communication under pressure
Reliability in deadline-driven environments
Comfort working within defined processes and accountability structures
Technical requirements :
Excellent written Italian
Working knowledge of legal English
Strong proficiency with digital tools (Word, Excel, GDrive, DocuSign)
Ability to work with structured workflows and checklists
