The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business, IT) and international stakeholders, covering the full AI solution lifecycle: from requirement definition and model development to production deployment and performance monitoring.Profile:PhD or Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.2+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineer / AI fieldsStrong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilitiesStrong communication skillsContribute to the continuous improvement of AI methodologies, standards, and best practicesContribute to the development and evolution of AI Data Products (Machine Learning and Generative AI) at a global levelSupport the definition of functional and technical requirements for AI solutionsSupport experimentation activities, Proofs of Concept, and industrialization of AI solutionsCollaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate models into existing systemsWork closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into data-driven solutionsHard Skills:Strong proficiency in PythonExperience with ML/DL libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or equivalent)Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI SystemsExperience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative modelsFamiliarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, ...) and integration with AI systems, for example RAGExperience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Knowledge of DEVOps / MLOps and microservices architecturesFamiliarity with instrument of version control (es.
