A leading luxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Organize and manage shipments
* Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills
* Enter customer orders into the management system
* Coordinate shipments to/from suppliers
* Perform data entry and maintain export/import records
* Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials
* Monitor and unblock export/import shipments
* Track shipment progress
* Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery
* Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations
* Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.)
.Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping
* Experience and knowledge of handling dangerous goods
* IATA and ADR certifications are mandatory
* Dynamic personality with high stress resilience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Excellent English skills
* Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus
* Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills
