Patient Journey Mapping to assess pain points impacting performance:
* Identify Pain Points and Opportunities: Analyze every stage of the patient journey to pinpoint pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancement
* Mapping 100% of the HCO, developing strategic partnership with key stakeholders for patient-focused access
* Identify and address clinical and operational gaps with innovative solutions
* Helping and implement care pathways according to approved label of the innovative drug in hematology
* Ensure launch success by optimizing the patient journey and creating solutions aligned with patient needs, brand priorities, and health system barriers
* Lead in gathering and sharing timely healthcare insights
