Indirect buyer intern

What you will do

Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Team, the intern will support day-to-day procurement activities across multiple categories, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the definition and implementation of procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost and quality;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely and effective purchasing support;
• Assisting in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication, offer collection and preliminary evaluation;
• Supporting contract management activities in collaboration with the legal department and assisting with purchase order issuance through the company ERP system;
• Contributing to the identification and onboarding of new suppliers to expand and strengthen the supplier base;
• Assisting in the analysis of purchasing data and preparation of reports to monitor spending and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Maintaining and organizing procurement documentation, including contracts, offers, and supplier records. xrdztoy

Who we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics or similar fields;
• Available to start soon to a full-time internship;
• Fluent in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level); Proficiency in French is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

We offer a six-month paid internship
