Your roles & responsibilities: As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead de-sign workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: - Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and main-tainability that meet client needs. - Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. - Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with cli-ents and team members and working with the latest technologies. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Deep knowledge and proven expertise on SAP FIN CO design, impl. and integration with the surrounding SAP modules. SAP Consulting experience, across advisory and implementation svcs. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, best practices, regulatory compliance & reporting req. You will have a strong planning background with 10 years of experience in SAP Controlling, good communication skills with good hard and soft skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Languages required: English Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Italian language is a nice to have. The position will require Traveling about 1 week per month.
